Trinityglobals is a travel search and comparison platform. We do not process payments or issue tickets. All cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled by the airline, hotel, or travel agency you book with.
Before you cancel
Check your confirmation email or the provider website for fare rules, deadlines, and penalties. Some fares are non-refundable, and many providers charge change or cancellation fees.
Airline tickets
Airlines control ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds. The provider will review the fare rules for your ticket and confirm any fees before processing your request.
Hotels and other travel services
Hotel cancellation rules vary by property and rate plan. Review your reservation details for cancellation windows and penalties. Tours, rentals, and activities follow their own policies.
Refund timelines
If a refund is approved, it is issued by the provider to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider and bank. Trinityglobals does not control refund timelines.
No-show and missed departures
If you do not show up for a flight, hotel stay, or activity, the booking is typically non-refundable. Contact the provider as soon as possible if you need help.
How to request a cancellation
- Open your confirmation email and locate the provider booking reference.
- Go to the provider website or customer support channel listed in your email.
- Request a cancellation or change and review any fees shown.
- Save the cancellation confirmation for your records.
