Terms & Conditions
TrinityGlobals operates as Independent Travel Assistance Service / Global Travel Concierge. We are not affiliated with any airline.
Last updated: February 13, 2026
1. Service Scope
We provide itinerary research, booking assistance, schedule coordination, and communication support. We do not operate flights, hotels, tours, or transportation services ourselves.
2. Independent Status
We are not affiliated with any airline. We are an independent service business and not an official airline helpdesk, call center, or ticketing authority.
3. Quotes, Availability, and Confirmation
Prices and availability can change until confirmed by the relevant provider. A quote or recommendation is not a confirmed booking until confirmation details are issued.
4. Fees and Payments
Payments collected on this website are for TrinityGlobals assistance and concierge services unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please review our Pricing & Fees page before payment.
5. Third-Party Provider Terms
Airlines, hotels, and partner platforms apply their own fare rules, cancellation terms, baggage limits, check-in requirements, and refund policies. You must review and accept those provider terms separately.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details, checking visa and entry requirements, and reviewing booking documents promptly after issue. Errors caused by incorrect submitted information may incur additional charges.
7. Changes, Cancellations, and Refund Handling
Change and cancellation outcomes depend on provider rules and timing. Our assistance fee treatment and refund timelines are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for provider operational issues such as schedule changes, overbooking, weather disruption, visa denial, government restrictions, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to amounts paid to us for assistance services, subject to applicable law.
9. Disputes and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes via written communication before pursuing formal remedies.
